No pure mystic has ever or will ever escape the wheel of rebirth. Perhaps we may be motivated to meditate deeply on this statement to discover why? Would a true mystic ever be motivated to practice meditation? That’s right once an individual first begins serious meditation then he is no longer a pure mystic [emotional focus] as the first impact of soul is the higher mental level, which brings in spiritual understanding!
Spiritual status is defined to be the energy resistance balance; which is all that can be taken with us at the end of an incarnation. Fastest way to improve your vibration rate or frequency is to practice insight meditation. By definition only those people who choose to gain serious meditation ability or maturity will experience a conscious life. Spiritual wisdom is an energy state.

Hence this is where you hold your awareness; within the soul energy flow at the level of the third eye or brow chakra. Naturally after this state is achieved; you no longer need to disrupt your life any further by attending the meditation center.

Aggravation side effects or symptomologies of meditation
With serious meditation practice you are consciously increasing the flow of energy, which will impact upon the resistance in your body. When energy meets resistance this will generate a friction creating heat with pain and discomfort symptoms. These symptomologies can be experienced on all three levels of the personality physical, emotional and mental. Every individual experiential process or symptomology pattern is different and unique, which is determined by the original resistance pattern. This is the whole reason why I say that serious meditation is not for the faint hearted; who will balk and shy away from continued practice due to these uncomfortable symptoms.
Important most common side effect is head ache. In particular this may be experienced in the early stages of meditation practice. It is created by the increased flow of energy through channels in the body; that are not yet ready and open enough to facilitate the increased flow. Naturally this creates a pressure or congestion that forms the basis for the headache. With continued practice increasing the flow of energy these channels are progressively opened up, which facilitates even greater flows of energy.
This is particularly so through the central channel or cerebra-spinal system. Hence this observation explains why it is essential to sit still maintaining an erect straight spine when in the early stages of meditation practice. Once meditation maturity is gained then posture is no longer an important consideration; as the channels are now open enough to facilitate the flow of energy with any body position or activity.
Symptoms of aggravation are limitless
Certainly the variety of symptoms of aggravation are limitless. Here are a few common examples on the physical level, which are burping, coughing, farting, skin rashes, diarrhea, colds and flu symptoms, fevers. Even head and/or body tremors will be experienced in some cases. Even changed sound or tonal qualities in the voice may be experienced with the altered energy through the throat chakra. Certainly all the discomfort symptoms of a changing alignment to the spinal column with its associated changing of body conformation or physique is usually experienced.
On the emotional level there may be crying, anger, fear, grief and guilt; in fact every reactive pattern imaginable is possible. Any emotional imbalance that is already present will be given increased energy; as it is brought to the surface to be eliminated. Consequently and sadly in most peoples opinion this often means that it is given greater intensity of expression. On the mental level there may be fuzzy thinking in its many forms before the clarity of clear perception is gained with maturity of meditation practice. It is an individual choice as to how much pain and discomfort; you are prepared to put up with or tolerate in order to facilitate your own maturity in meditation practice.
Sweeter body odour
As you gain greater maturity of meditation practice resulting in greater energy with lower resistance. Naturally the consequence is greater efficiency of metabolism within the body. Naturally this means less impurities are eliminated through the skin or third kidney. Because there are less impurities eliminated through the skin; this will lead to a change in the micro organism flora with less fungal organisms living in the skin zone; as they have less waste or micro elements to live on. Yes you will find more friendly bacteria living in the skin zone, which means a sweeter body odour is created. When you can see a persons physique, colour texture of skin with its associated smell or body odour. Accordingly you have three very significant criteria to accurately determine a person’s over all health status. In passing I will mention this also leads to a longer life span.
Scalpel of soul energy
Simply put with meditation practice you are applying the scalpel of soul energy to lance and drain the psychic puss. Certainly it is uncomfortable and perhaps even painful while it is all happening. However you will experience an inconceivable bliss when it is all over.
It is ego energy that contracts and soul energy that expands. Therefore it is clear and easy to see that the degree of correct spinal column alignment will reveal the spiritual status of any given individual. Spiritual status is the energy resistance balance or frequency. To straighten the spine and square up our frame or posture we need to first start beginner meditation or anapana.
Three Steps for a Successful Life
We begin with the first step, which is studying to gain knowledge. As one step follows another, we will come to the second step, which is to practice serious meditation to invoke or increase energy. Our third step is to practice the daily review. This is a self observation monitoring program practiced each day to assess our overall progress. Essentially we are making a value judgement of our own self to recognize the progress being made to decrease reactive behavior patterns. How will anyone ever know the usefulness of a belief system strategy commonly called “model of the world” unless there is implementation of continual results assessment?
Three steps of Wisdom
The first step is to hear wisdom with the second step being able to see wisdom. However the third and most important step is to be able to do wisdom. When you read this website all you will gain is the first step of wisdom. When you process and contemplate this information with astute observation then you will gain the second step of seeing wisdom. Only when you gain maturity of serious meditation practice will you gain the most important third step of doing wisdom. No one really knows how to do anything until he is able to do it himself.
