Insight meditation is the technique; that the Buddha taught. Firstly there is Anapana or beginner meditation; which when practiced correctly will enable you; to practice the more advanced technique successfully. When insight meditation is practiced correctly; soul energy flow speeds up. It is a natural consequence; to see your own psychic pattern; in a wider context to what was possible before meditation. These are called the psychic insights; which form the whole basis for the name insight meditation. When you experience psychic insights then you know; that soul energy flow is increasing; and that you are meditating correctly.

Spiritual Aspirant

Young people who find spiritual path early in life may discover that serious meditation is easier to implement with far better results. Consequently serious meditation practice from an early age will prevent many health problems and structural deformities before they would normally occur later in life.

Meditation develops mindfulness, which is equal consideration for others in your being. It is demonstrated by thinking, feeling and actions in the present moment. It is an energy state of being that evolves quite naturally with insight meditation practice. When a meditator gains the ability to practice continuous meditation then he will find himself in the present moment all of the time. Consequently and quite naturally he will also gain the ability able to find present time solutions with present time problems more easily.

Meditation enlightened is a demonstration that energy follows thought. Meditating is a form of conscious energy breathing. Energy of the oversoul is cold, soft, relentless, stretching, resilient and flexible. By comparison the resistance of ego is hot, hard, brittle and inflexible. During the meditation the increased flow of energy will cause an expansion phase; which the crystallization of ego resists. When a person meditates soul energy is impacting upon and dissolving resistance, which leads to an expansion in awareness or consciousness.
