Transcendental meditation is a silent mantra technique. Which by definition is a superficial form of meditation. In addition it is only practiced for twenty minutes twice each day. Which is far less than the commitment required; to achieve significant spiritual improvement. Therefore unfortunately it will only produce band aid or surface level results. Because you are only superimposing an overlay; to the base or core frequency of your being. Above all requirement is a structural transformation; which only insight meditation will achieve.
