Enlightenment path outlines and describes. Above all three stages of meditation achievement; progression or maturity on the pathway to final goal of nirvanic peace. For instance these three stages of meditating maturity; are surface, deep and escape. From a humble beginning with Anapana practice. After that a mighty flood of energy evolves; over a period of many years of practice.

Presentation on enlightenment path has three stages of meditation achievement; which describes my own experiential process. Even though the detail of the individual experiential process, may be different for each individual meditator. The overall process is the same for us all. These three arbitrary stages of meditation achievement are all described. In the context of practicing continuous meditation. Which is the ability to meditate continuously during our waking life. Only time we are not meditating; is when we are asleep or lying down resting as in an afternoon nap.
