React ego or respond soul describes the first choice. That we all have in life. Which is essentially to choose; between reacting as an ego or responding as a soul. Reaction of the ego leads to conflict and disharmony. While response as a soul leads to peace and harmony. If you seek peace then meditation is your only choice.
Meditation is the conscious process of increasing energy to dissolve resistance. As we become more finely attuned in our being. This will lead to the natural consequence. Of being less reactive in our behaviour. Obviously this also will mean better quality human relationships.
When any person first steps upon the spiritual path, it needs to be fully accepted; that everything begins with taking 100% responsibility for the whole pattern of your life. In practice this will mean being responsible for your emotions or how you feel as well. From this aspect onwards all the possibilities in life will arise.
