Meditating is defined as disciplined focus of thought. Which invokes increased flow of energy; from the over soul to dissolve resistance.
At first we will begin with an explanation of how to meditate. In the early stages a strict protocol; needs to be maintained.

This process begins with Anapana. Which is to sit still with spine erect and unsupported; with the focus of your awareness. On your breathing in the area; of the triangle of your nose with the upper lip. This practice will sharpen, discipline and increase the sensitivity of the mind.

In addition a standard meditating period; has one hour duration. Make no mistake soul energy flow is increasing with this exercise. After a certain point is reached in Anapana practice. You will be ready to practice Insight meditation; which is a body scan of the whole body with your awareness.

Above all requirement for readiness to commence insight meditation; is to be able to hold your concentration; for at least two minutes without any distracting thoughts. Combined with being able to feel; the subtle or auric sensations over the triangle area.

How to Meditate

Meditating in Tibet: Spiritual path early in life may discover. Meditation is easier with far better results. From an early age will prevent many health problems. Before they occur later in life.

When we first begin to think about meditation then thoughts arise of needing to go to a monastery for instruction. Certainly the easiest way to start is to attend a ten day meditation course. These days meditation courses are far more widely available so there is no need to trek all the way to the Himalayas to start your meditation career.
All average humanity is trapped within a bottle the bubble of illusion. Serious meditation is a process of consciously activating Oversoul energy. Which is only source of power available to facilitate a permanent change in energy state.

Every meditator will need to accept the pain and discomfort of any agravations or symptologies, which may occur while meditating to facilitate their own progress in maturity of meditation practice.
Every individual experiential process or symptomology pattern is different and unique, which is determined by the original resistance pattern. This is the whole reason why I say that serious meditation is not for the faint hearted; who will balk and shy away from continued practice due to these uncomfortable symptoms.

Spiritual Entertainment or Spiritual Development

Choice between spiritual entertainment and serious spiritual development is the discipline; of applying the steps of purification to change energy state.
Spiritual entertainment does provide a very valuable service to the community; in that it brings the seeds of awareness.
First time you sit still to meditate is the first moment when the choice has been made to select against the ego or personality in order to promote your own evolution of spiritual consciousness!

Ignorance of Spiritual Law is No Excuse

This meditating monk is pointing in the only direction leading anywhere, which is straight up. Path of increasing frequency or vibration is improving awareness or consciousness. In the early stages of meditation practice it is usual to receive psychic insights. Above all is the beginning of timeless truth perception.

Losers have excuses and winners have solutions is a direct demonstration of spiritual law application. People who break spiritual laws will suffer; the inevitable karmic consequences with pain and suffering experience. They will complain bitterly. Obviously they belong to the loser group. By comparison the people who study the spiritual laws; accordingly choosing to live within the spiritual framework. Will avoid serious karmic consequences so they will have happier more contented lives. Obviously these more enlightened individuals will belong to the winners group.
