Stupa is a symbolic representation for the level of awareness of humanity. It is in just the same way as the mountain of awareness presentation. As a member of humanity become more spiritually evolved. He will become less dense with a finner vibration. Accordingly then his level of awareness or consciousness will rise. Lower humanity is at the bottom. Middle section is for average humanity. Top section is for higher man; who eventually become lost to the material world as a fully dissolved being.
Mindfulness and gratitude will blend together; when living in the present moment. So perhaps we may all wonder. Why any man is only as strong as the man who is guiding him. Therefore as a natural consequence; we will feel impelled to express gratitude. Towards the people who have sacrificed; their time and energy to guide us.
When any person first steps upon the spiritual path, it needs to be fully accepted; that everything begins with taking 100% responsibility for the whole pattern of your life. In practice this will mean being responsible for your emotions or how you feel as well. From this aspect onwards all the possibilities in life will arise.
Message for any spiritual aspirant; on the limitations of ego focused intelligence. Everyone’s path in life is different; in the context of personality distractions. Importantly however everyone’s life is also the same; in the context of spiritual growth.
Conscious process of actively changing energy state; or vibrational education is defined to be insight meditation. Which is consciously invoking; or bringing down of our own Oversoul energy.
Meditation develops mindfulness, which is equal consideration for others in your being. It is demonstrated by thinking, feeling and actions in the present moment. It is an energy state of being that evolves quite naturally with insight meditation practice. When a meditator gains the ability to practice continuous meditation then he will find himself in the present moment all of the time. Consequently and quite naturally he will also gain the ability able to find present time solutions with present time problems more easily.
When we first begin to think about meditation then thoughts arise of needing to go to a monastery for instruction. Certainly the easiest way to start is to attend a ten day meditation course. These days meditation courses are far more widely available so there is no need to trek all the way to the Himalayas to start your meditation career.
All average humanity is trapped within a bottle the bubble of illusion. Serious meditation is a process of consciously activating Oversoul energy. Which is only source of power available to facilitate a permanent change in energy state.
Every meditator will need to accept the pain and discomfort of any agravations or symptologies, which may occur while meditating to facilitate their own progress in maturity of meditation practice.
Every individual experiential process or symptomology pattern is different and unique, which is determined by the original resistance pattern. This is the whole reason why I say that serious meditation is not for the faint hearted; who will balk and shy away from continued practice due to these uncomfortable symptoms.

Naturally this will improve health and function of your physical body. Three stages of meditation maturity surface, deep and escape will reflect the level of results that are achieved. One ten-day meditation course correctly practiced will enable you to make a significant improvement in your stage of progression or ability.
Every individual has the choice to hide behind a facade; which maintains the power of the ego living a life in the pattern of illusion. Or walk the spiritual path and face what their own soul light would reveal; to eventually become enlightened. Spiritual path information presents the same choice; which is before us all.
Young people who find spiritual path early in life may discover that serious meditation is easier to implement with far better results. Consequently serious meditation practice from an early age will prevent many health problems and structural deformities before they would normally occur later in life.
